Job Responsibilities:

• Make territory wise sales plan and achieve monthly primary & secondary sales target.
• Lead sales team of SR and review sales performance according to sales KPI.
• Manage distributor and ensure availability of products to the assigned territory.
• Analyze sales data & make a report.
• Collect regular market feedback to update about the industry.
• Ensure sales growth & explore untapped marketEmployment Status.

Educational Requirements:

Graduation/Master's in Business Administration from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 4 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Sales
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, consumer Requirements.

Additional Requirements:

• Age at most 35 years.
• Only males are allowed to.
• Good knowledge of the sales process.
• Exceptional communication and people management skills.
• Should have stress tolerance, formal presentation and team leadership skill and should be proactive.
